Redland Mini Stonewolds are an economically priced, concrete flat profile roof tile with interlocking edges ensuring quick and simple construction, reducing the laid cost of the roof.

Able to be installed on roofs with a low pitch of 17.5 degrees and available in a wide range of colours, the Redland Mini Stonewold is an economical, ever popular choice for new build and renovation projects as well as for extensions.

Fixing

  • Redland roof tiles must be laid and fixed to comply with BS 5534: the British Standard Code of practice for slating and tiling, and BS 8000: Part 6: the British Standard Code of practice for workmanship on building sites.
  • Redland Mini Stonewold roof tiles must be laid broken bonded, normally from right to left
  • At right-hand verges use Standard Mini Stonewolds and Right-hand Half tiles or cut tiles in alternate courses
  • At left-hand verges use Standard Mini Stonewolds with the interlocks removed, and Left-hand Half tiles or cut tiles in alternate courses
  • At side abutments, allow for cover flashing and secret gutter
