Premium Natural 10mm Ericaceous Loam Soil: Bulk Bag
Our Natural Ericaceous Loam Soil is a premium grade blended acidic loam produced using 100% natural acidic Norfolk topsoil and organic soil conditioner.
This specialist soil is specifically blended for acid loving plants, trees and shrubs using sustainably sourced 100% natural acidic Norfolk topsoil sourced from a heathland maintenance programme and mature soil conditioner, which when combined creates a rich black lime free ericaceous soil with a friable structure.
This specialist blended soil has a loamy texture, which will help promote the infiltration and percolation of water, improve soil structure and aid water retention making the soil friable and easy to work.
Highly suitable for acid loving plants; our Ericaceous Loam is 100% natural whilst the soil’s organic nature will help to promote microbial activity encouraging good root and plant growth.
Screened to 10mm, typically the PH of our Natural Ericaceous Soil is between 4 and 6, and is tested using British Standard methods and conforms to BS3882:2015 Acidic
