Bat Access Tile For Concrete Plain Tiles & Clay Plain Tiles
Concrete Plain Tile / Clay Plain Tile Bat Access Slates provide a discreet and uninterrupted path from the roof exterior to the batten cavity or interior of the roof.
These bat access tiles comprise a two 265mm x 165mm clay or concrete Plain Tiles attached to an injection moulded underbase unit with a factory applied non slip surface to facilitate easy access by the bats via an exterior weathering cowl to prevent rain ingress whilst allowing entry and exit of the bats to the roof space.
The manufacturer's warranty, provided that the Plain Tile Bat Access Tile is fixed in accordance with the relevant code of practice, is 30 years.
