Bat Access Slate For Man Made Slates 600mm x 300mm
Man Made Slate Bat Access Slates provide a discreet and uninterrupted path from the roof exterior to the batten cavity or interior of the roof.
These access slates are fabricated from high impact polystyrene, with a moulded underbase unit with a factory applied non slip surface to facilitate easy access by the bats via an exterior weathering cowl to prevent rain ingress whilst allowing entry and exit of the bats to the roof space.
The manufacturer's warranty, provided that the Man Made Slate Bat Access Slate is fixed in accordance with the relevant code of practice, is 30 years.
