Bat Access Slate For Natural Spanish Slates 500mm x 250mm
Natural Slate Bat Access Slates provide a discreet and uninterrupted path from the roof exterior to the batten cavity or interior of the roof.
These access slates comprise a 500mm x 250mm Spanish Slate attached to an injection moulded underbase unit with a factory applied non slip surface to facilitate easy access by the bats via an exterior weathering cowl to prevent rain ingress whilst allowing entry and exit of the bats to the roof space.
The manufacturer's warranty, provided that the Natural Slate Bat Access Slate is fixed in accordance with the relevant code of practice, is 30 years.
