Manthorpe G700 Circular Soffit Vent - 70mm - White is a circular soffit vent designed to improve airflow at eaves/soffit level, helping reduce condensation and prevent moisture build-up in the roof void.

It is installed into soffit boards to create a discreet ventilation path into the loft space. Multiple vents are normally spaced along the soffit to achieve the required continuous ventilation area.
