Over Fascia Roof Eaves Vent - 25,000mm²/m Free Vent Area - 25mm x 1m is an over-fascia eaves vent designed to improve airflow into the roof void, helping reduce condensation and prevent moisture build-up at the eaves.
It sits externally at eaves/roof level over the fascia board before the roof covering is fitted, creating a continuous ventilation path into the loft space. It is normally used with felt support trays or eaves protection systems to keep the airflow route open above insulation.

- conventional cold roofs, warm roofs, flat roofs and pitched roofs below 15° where 25mm ventilation is specified
- New-build, re-roofing and roofline refurbishment
- Loft-level airflow at the eaves without relying on soffit boards
