Over Fascia Roof Eaves Vent - 10,000mm²/m Free Vent Area - 10mm x 1m is an over-fascia eaves vent designed to improve airflow into the roof void, helping reduce condensation and prevent moisture build-up at the eaves.

It sits externally at eaves/roof level over the fascia board before the roof covering is fitted, creating a continuous ventilation path into the loft space. It is normally used with felt support trays or eaves protection systems to keep the airflow route open above insulation.
