The Oxyturbo Turbo 90 Kit is a compact, powerful kit primarily designed for lead welding and allows the end user to make professional welding.

This kit is also suitable for small hydraulics, air conditioning, plumbing and refrigeration system repairs.

• 1 x 930ml110 bar Oxygen cylinder
• 1 x Maxy Gas 610ml / 350g cylinder
• Professional quality compact metal trolley for bottles
• Mignon oxygen pressure reducer & gas tap with flashback arrestors with two functions
• Gas valve 7/16 with fine adjustment
• Handgrip torch with adjusting knobs & built-in double protection oxygen and gas valves with adjusting taps
• Adjusting knob for oxygen on the torch
• Adjusting knob for gas on torch
• Oxygen hose with connector
• Gas hose with connector
• Lance & 80lt nozzle
• Flint Lighter
• Multipurpose Wrench
• Star holder with 4 nozzles (63 lt /100 lt /160 lt/225 lt)

Note: 

• The oxygen and gas cylinders include with this set are non-refillable
• Do not connect cylinders or cartridges before you have read the instructions
• Please read the Instruction Manual thoroughly before using the Kit.
• When connecting the Oxygen Regulator to the Oxygen bottle DO NOT overtighten as this will stem the Oxygen flow.
• Store Oxygen & Gas bottles in an upright position using the trolley (included) as bottles not kept upright may result in an inconsistent Gas / Oxygen flow and subsequent poor performance.
• Each time that the Kit has been used, make sure that the regulators on top of each bottle are turned off whilst the flame is still ignited to use up any remaining Gas and Oxygen in the hoses and neck assembly. Then turn off both adjusting knobs on the handle. This is to ensure that you do not have any "flaring" when initially using the Kit next time due to residual Gas / Oxygen from the previous time that the Kit was used.
