Manthorpe GTV TE Thin Leading Edge Roof Tile Vent - 10,000mm² Free Vent Area - Colour Options is a roof tile vent designed to improve airflow through a pitched roof, helping reduce condensation and prevent moisture build-up in the loft or roof void.

It sits externally at roof level in place of a compatible tile/slate and creates a controlled ventilation path into the roof space. It can normally be used at high or low level for roof-space ventilation; where the product supports it, the correct adaptor or flexipipe can also connect the vent to extractor fans, mechanical ventilation or soil ventilation pipework.
