Timloc RTV Double Roman Roof Tile Vent - 10,000mm² Free Vent Area is a roof tile vent designed to improve airflow through a pitched roof, helping reduce condensation and prevent moisture build-up in the loft or roof void.
It sits externally at roof level in place of a compatible tile/slate and creates a controlled ventilation path into the roof space. It can normally be used at high or low level for roof-space ventilation; where the product supports it, the correct adaptor or flexipipe can also connect the vent to extractor fans, mechanical ventilation or soil ventilation pipework.

- Confirm the roof tile/slate profile before buying; a similar-looking vent may not fit a different tile
- Check the minimum roof pitch and any headlap limits before installation
- For bathroom/kitchen extraction, confirm whether the adaptor and flexipipe are included or sold separately
- Do not connect to extractor fans or soil pipes unless the product/adaptor combination is designed for extraction
- Ensure insulation does not block the airflow path at loft level
