    • How Do I Find Out What The Delivery Charge For My Order Will Be?

      Once you have placed the goods that you wish to purchase in the Basket, you can enter your postcode and the delivery charge will be calculated - doing so DOES NOT commit you to purchasing, it simply provides an indication of the delivery charges before you progress your order to payment.

    • What Is The Cut Off Time For Despatching Orders?

      We aim to despatch orders from stock that are placed with us on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 1pm the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on a weekday after 1pm or at weekends will be processed the next working day.

    • How Do I Track My Order?

      Your order can be tracked using the carrier and consignment details that will be emailed to you when your order is despatched on our Track Your Order page.

    • How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?

      This varies according to the products that are ordered. The delivery of goods the next working day is our aim, however please note that this aspiration is subject to a number of factors including reliability of the parcel / pallet carriers, seasonal peaks (such as Christmas), adverse weather conditions (such as snow & floods) etc and is an estimate only, given in good faith. Certain products such as roof domes, felt & cedar shingles, roof tiles, roof slates, 20/25kg tins of paints / sealants & bulk bags are excluded from our Next Working Day Delivery commitment, although they can usually be delivered within a short period of time once your order has been placed.

    • What Happens Once I Have Placed An Order?

      As soon as your order has been placed you will be emailed an Order Confirmation. When we process your order you will receive a further email updating you that your order is being picked and processed. When we despatch your order, you will receive an email with shipping information so that you can track your order. Finally you will receive a copy of the invoice by email.

    • When Will I Get An Invoice?

      A physical copy of the invoice is sent with the goods, and an electronic .pdf copy is emailed on the day that the goods are despatched..

    • How Do I Get A Copy Invoice?

      You can email our Accounts Department here to request a copy invoice. Please include the date that the payment was made, how it was paid and the amount otherwise we may not be able to identify the transaction.

    • How can I find out if you can supply a product that is not on the website?

      We stock and supply thousands of products that are not advertised on our website yet. If you are looking for a product that is not advertised on our site, then please email us here and we will do our best to help!

    • I want to return a product that I no longer require: what do I do?

      Please email us here with details of the product that you are looking to return, your name and the Order number or Invoice number relating to your order, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

    • Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

      You do not need an account to place an order. Our website accepts popular payment methods such as Debit cards, Credit Cards, American Express and Paypal. Alternatively we can forward a pro forma invoice so that you can pay for your order by Bank Transfer.

    • Can I Order Products On This Website Using A Credit Account So That I Can Pay Later?

      We are only able to open credit accounts for purchases made through our branches. We are unable to supply online purchases on this website - these must be paid for online at the time of ordering.

    Voucher Codes

    • How Do I Get A Voucher Code?

      We issue Voucher Codes periodically, however these are supplied to our Newsletter Subscribers, social media followers and customers visiting our websites. We do not supply Voucher Codes via third party websites, and any sites claiming to offer Voucher Codes from us are doing so without consulting us and / or without obtaining our permission to do so.
