16mm Fascia Board uPVC 300mm x 5 Metre WhiteÂ
16mm Flat Fascia Board resembles the shape of traditional timber fascia and is made from high quality, lead free uPVC, making the fascia weather resistant and long lasting.
The fascia board is UV stable, so will not discolour over longer periods of time.
Featured without legs, the fascia board is able to be fixed flat onto the wall, making it perfect for flat roofs where there is no soffit detail.
The fascia board can also be fixed directly to the rafter and bears the weight of the eave course and the guttering, all without the support of tilt fillet.
The fascia board is ideal for use on both exsiting and new builds with its ashetically pleasing design.

Fixing
- Ensure breathable membrane and rafters are in good condition by removing 2 rows of tiles, exsisting fascias and guttering.Â
- Once content with the condition of roofing materials, place the fascia board level with the soffit board and fix the fascia onto the rafters.Â
- You should fix 2 nails per rafter to hold the fascia in place.
- Make sure the fascia isnt loose and is very secure as it has to bear the weight of tiles and the guttering.
- Use any exsisting fascia, or fascia corners to create a seamless corner or box end.
